Workshop Giveaway

January 06, 2010 I recently had a workshop in December and I gave away a free ticket. I used a system that required you re-tweeting a message in order for me to "gain" more followers. Then I randomly picked the winner. That whole system was lame. I won't be doing that again.

I have another workshop this weekend and want to give away another pass. I know it's last minute but I've been a little busy with Help-Portrait and Passion2010. So anyway, this time I simply want to give a free pass to the most deserving person. I want you to email me with the subject of "WORKSHOP VOTE" and vote for a friend you know.... maybe someone who would really love to come but could never afford it. Or maybe someone who has no idea of me or this workshop but you think they'd love it and are very deserving. I'll leave the stories and reasoning up to you. But email me (again with the subject of "WORKSHOP VOTE") and I'll check in tomorrow morning and pick the winner. My email address is jeremy at jeremycowart dot com. Jeremy,
I have been married to the same amazing guy for almost ten years. For as long as we've been together I've seen him struggle with his desire to do something with his talents and gifts that God has given him. Many pursued opportunites have fallen by the wayside. Two years ago we started a photography business, and for the FIRST time in my life I have seen him light up to do his job. There is no doubt that he has the talent to go far enough but, having three little kids at home and bills to pay he feels held back from the ability to go full out and do this thing. I know it would kill him inside to go back again to doing construction to support aour family when has such raw talent and only need someone point him in the right directions. It would be an overwhelming gift to be able to have him mentored and encouraged to follow his dreams, and be able to support us doing it. (WORKSHOP VOTE)
